Biography
Amol Shivajirao Pawar (b. 1983) is a multidisciplinary artist based in Pune, India. A graduate in Applied Art from Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya, Pune, his practice is rooted in figuration and nature, often reflecting real-life emotions and the eternal bond between man and woman. Amol’s work spans various mediums, exploring form, color, and texture with a distinctive personal rhythm. Over the years, he has exhibited extensively across India and internationally, including at the India Art Festival, Affordable Art Fair (Singapore), Jahangir Art Gallery (Mumbai), and Artisera Gallery (Bangalore). His recent shows include Shiva and Shakti: Cosmic Resonance (Mumbai, 2024) and Begin Again (Artflute, Bangalore, 2023). A recipient of several invitations to national art residencies and camps, Amol continues to evolve a deeply introspective and nature-infused visual language.
