Aishwarya Sultania
Aishwarya Sultania (b. 1984) is a Delhi-based multimedia artist. She was awarded the French Embassy Krishnakriti Fellowship in 2010, completing a year at École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts, Paris. She holds a B.F.A. in Painting from the School of Performing Arts and Creative Education, Rai Foundation (2006), and a postgraduate degree in Painting from Government College of Art, Chandigarh (2008), where she earned a gold medal.
Her work has been showcased in solo exhibitions at Palette Art Gallery, Delhi (2012) and in Paris (2010). She has participated in several international group exhibitions and projects, including 2+2=5 at Palette Art Gallery, Delhi (2012), Portes Ouvertes at Beaux-Arts de Paris (2010), and Project Being Everywhere by Stefan Reibel (2009). Sultania has also engaged in curatorial initiatives, notably Kitchen Culture at Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris (2010).
She has received grants and fellowships from institutions such as the Chandigarh Lalit Kala Akademi and Fonds Pour Les Initiatives Étudiants.
