Greeshma C

Greeshma C. (b. 2000, Malappuram, Kerala) is a contemporary visual artist based between Kochi and Malappuram. She holds a BFA from the Government College of Fine Arts, Thrissur, and an MFA from Government RLV College of Music and Fine Arts, Tripunithura, Kochi.

Her work explores cultural, political, and economic globalization, along with themes of transformation, temporality, abstraction, representation, and the fluid nature of reality. Drawing inspiration from Paul Gauguin’s Where Are We Going?, she reflects on the continuous transformation of forms, nature, and human existence.

Greeshma has exhibited at the Kochi-Muziris Biennale (2025–26), Hortus Kochi Biennale Pavilion (2024), and Kerala Lalithakala Academy State Exhibitions. She received the Student Award at the 2024 All India Women’s Art
Exhibition, the Special Mention Award for Student at the Kerala Lalithakala Academy State Exhibition (2023–24), and the K. Karunakaran Scholarship in 2023 and 2024.
